1] How do I place an order?
To place an order, you will need to contact a member of our Design Team by phone at 1-800-485-8693 between the hours of 9am and 5pm PST, Monday through Friday. We will be able to answer any questions you have about ordering your gown. A 50% deposit is required upon placement of your order. The remaining balance will be billed when your gown is shipped. All major credit cards are accepted.
2] How can I try on a wedding gown?
All our gowns can be found exclusively at Alta MODA Bridal in Salt Lake City. Their knowledgeable and helpful staff will give you excellent customer service. Appointments are preferred. Call them at 801-531-1215.
3] When will I receive my wedding gown?
Because our wedding gowns are made for you, your gown is cut and sewn when your order is placed with us. Our gowns are of designer quality, and sewn in the USA. Many dresses can be completed and ready for shipment in 4-5 weeks. Some dresses require delicate lace imported from France, and these can take longer. Contact a member of our Design Team regarding the length of time your specific gown will require.
4] How soon will I receive my special occasion dress?
Special occasion dresses in stock will be shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed. If your size is not currently available we can give you an estimated time we expect to have more inventory.
5] What about alterations?
Most wedding gowns require at least some alterations. It is best to use our
size guide to find what dress will be closest to your measurements, and then plan to visit an experienced seamstress to make some minor adjustments according to your body type.
6] How do I determine my correct size?
This is a very important step in ordering your gown. Please refer to our
size guide to see what size you would fall under according to your measurements. Remember that gowns can easily be taken in, but not out. When you order your gown, a member of our Design Team can guide you in this area and answer any of your questions.
7] Are your gowns considered temple ready?
We consider our wedding gowns and our special occasion dresses modest according to LDS standards. They are designed to cover the garment.
8] What if you don't have the special occasion dress I want in my size?
We have several of our fabrics in stock, if we have run out of your size we can reserve a dress for you from the next dress run in your size with no obligation. We can contact you when the dress in your size is availbale again. It is very helpful for us to know what sizes and styles are in demand so that we can try to meet our clients needs.
Some of our dresses are done in limited edition fabrics. When they are gone–they're gone, but if you like the style of the dress we can give you a sneak preview of the next fabric that will be used and reserve a new limited edition dress for you in your size with no obligation. You will be contacted when the dress is available.

9] What is your return policy?
Wedding gowns are returnable within a 48 hour time frame of receiving it. Special occasion dresses can be retuned within 30 days with tags attached. Please see our
Return Policy page for details and instructions.
10] Do you ship outside the USA?
Our gowns can be shipped outside the USA. Additional shipping charges apply. We offer free shipping for all of our customers in the U.S.
